No New Posts Shinjuku District

One of the most industrial areas of Tokyo, Shinjuku is a teeming metropolis packed with large buildings that house many famous corporations. Aside from the usual company headquarter offices, this area is secretly the location of the organized crime group known as the Coordinators. Ironically enough, this same area is home to both the Regulator HQ and the Blade Corporation’s main offices. In the flurry of traffic, people, and buildings, it is nearly impossible to regulate everything that occurs in this constantly busy area.

No New Posts UEC University

The University of Electro-Communications is a place of education renowned for its specialties in areas such as computer sciences, Holo-Comps, and anything else related to technological subjects. Though it is not mandatory to own a Holo-Comp to be a student at this institution, a majority of the courses will be nearly useless to anyone who is not a Programmer. The campus stretches out and covers a large area of Tokyo and includes several different buildings serving as lecture halls, practice arenas to prepare for future program Wars, and many other structures.

No New Posts HDPC Headquarters

The birthplace and manufacturing center for the life and weapon of all programmers, the HDPC. The Holographic Data Processing Computer, otherwise abbreviates as Holo-Comps, are the latest and greatest of modern technology. The device uses holographic imaging to read previously stored data and then converts it into a realistic looking representation. These weapons and other abilities stored in program data can only do harm to other Holo-Comp wielders, meaning that they are perfectly safe to civilians. This massive building is always open to the public whether you wish to purchase your very own Holo-Comp, or if you are a veteran programmer looking to upgrade your gear or buy new programs.

No New Posts Tanba Mountains - 1 Viewing

Tanba Mountains is known for being part of Kyoto as the regions unaffected by the futuristic uprising of all the rest of Japan. If you are here you will not any sort of Holo-programming happening. It is much looked down upon by all the people, however few condone such things. At the top of Tanba Mountains is the Tanba Shrine, known for housing monks. Tanba Shrine is most known for being a very popular festival site. The festivals are held quite often seeing as they wish to always get more attraction to their "old ways" of living. The Tanba Mountains are one of Kyoto's most well known attraction.

No New Posts Kyoto Sanga Football Stadium

Though not as popular today as it once was, the Sanga Football stadium is still a major site in Kyoto and is the home of the Purple Sanga football team. Though football, or more commonly known as soccer to Americans, is hardly a top sport today considering the advancement of technology, the people of Kyoto still use it for their own games. The stadium would hardly be used without the people there, but is still rather large and quite the spectacle for any going to Kyoto. The stadium is always open for people to drop in, but of course is well watched to make sure that people do not corrupt their lives with "the future".

No New Posts Imperial Palace Ruins

To the people of Kyoto, the Imperial Palace Ruins are their pride and joy. Though it is now in ruins, the Imperial Palace was once the monument marking the capital of Japan. Now as it is in ruins, the people only wish to fight against any thoughts or people who wish to get rid of the ruins and perhaps put in some new fashioned building. They wish to keep their history along with them, hoping to not convert to the ways of the holograms.

No New Posts Iwatayama Hot Springs

Known as perhaps the favorite site of Kyoto to the people and those outside of it, the Iwatayama Hot Springs are top notch. Not only do the Hot Springs house some of the most relaxing grounds to bathe in and relax, they also offer great rooms and service for those who wish to go there for vacation. The rooms are spectacular and the "special" service that is added to this spring is that after midnight they shut down the separate section bathing and allow for mixed bathing. Besides that slim amount of time and night, the rules are strict.

Kadena Air Base is housing the air base that was made from the U.S. back when Okinawa was taken in WWII. The U.S. no longer fully dominates the base but have actually opened up more than half of the base for a tourist attraction. They allow people to stay now and also offer quite a great amount of luxury and history. Teachers often dream of taking their students there.

No New Posts Shuri City

Not exactly the pride of Okinawa, Shuri City is in fact the greatest accomplishment. The old castle on Okinawa known as "Shuri Castle" had become ruins, but was known for it's intricate underground tunnel system. Thanks to the advanced technology and several years of work, a new city has been built and was named after the castle. Shuri City however is known more for underhanded dealings as well as dark and shady actions happening. It is no longer respected like many of the other cities.

No New Posts Osaka Bay

Osaka Bay is known more as a metropolitan area. Though not on the scale as Tokyo is, Osaka is still rather well known for it's industrial lands. Located on the western coast, it is also known for the fact that they have made some artificial island. The islands have been built for different reasons such as airport needs or other such things. The newest addition to the islands would be the battle grounds made for Programmers. The Programming grounds only recently opened up after creating the new artificial islands off the coast.

No New Posts Osaka Castle

Osaka Castle is another well known landmark of all of Japan. It is mainly renowned for it's history of unifying Japan back in the 16th century. Because of the great update in technology, Osaka Castle is one of the only castles around to use the holographic devices. The Holograms have been used to create depictions of the historical events that had taken place inside Osaka Castle. It is seen now as more of a museum area, but still has it's recreational areas around it.

No New Posts Umeda Sky Building

Though the seventh tallest building (2 combined separate buildings in one) in all of Osaka City, the Umeda Sky Building is still one of the most well known skyscrapers. The few uppermost stories are connected by a bridge between the two buildings. Because of the update in technology, the more bottom floors have cleared out to create more of a mall zone. People searching for more programs for their Holo-Comps and such or just spare parts to purchase can also come here. Restaurants and more are inside. However, the few top floors even before the bridge have recently been closed off for repairs and have yet to reopen.

No New Posts Koshien Stadium

Even to this day, Koshien Stadium is known as one of the most famous baseball stadiums throughout all of Japan and is the home park of the renowned Hanshin Tigers. Though developments in technology have continued to recreate many normal things, the art of baseball is still relatively the same, the stadium however was refitted with holographic projectors and even more. The stands have great views and for those unlucky enough to get a great view, they are fortunate enough now to be presented with the holographic boards that produce the images of what is actually happening on the field.
