So, the Coordinators. The bad guys. Their "goal" is stated as, "They wish to completely wipe it out and then reform it the way that they wish for it to be." Could I have more information on what their goal actually is or this just a general "they're bad, you figure it out". Because, I feel like as more and more people begin to RP here perhaps the original intent of the Coordinators will become skewed. Do they have an ideology that I could get some information about? Do they have a centralized leader? Do they have a headquarters? Do they communicate? Do they perform, like, acts of terrorism to stir up the status quo? Do they have any rules or something for the group?

Their central goal is like I said before, they want to just reform the ways of the holographic era, and want to control it their own way. They do have a leader, Talon Sykes (Accelerator), if you read his History you'll get sorta an idea of what would lead him to wanting to reform it, but he is still moving to actually give a total reason and a way to lead people. Presently he's just using their reasons to help spur them for this revolution.

So, I'm getting the "revolution for sake of revolution" feel. You say "their own way", which is actually really vague. Either way, I suppose it doesn't really matter at this point. Probably won't be joining the Coordinators.

That's best for the good guys. Talon has yet to say his reason for revolution, but it has to do with the issue of holographic technology not being ruled harshly enough. Sort of like how a dictator looks at bad things happening to people and says, "I can make that better, I'd enforce my laws that would keep the people face." And yet in the end it oppresses those people. That's the vibe that it's going right now. The thing about "Their own way" I apologize, I meant to bring up how Talon is letting them join if they share the same ambition and for same reason hate the blade corp. He just wants to use whatever he can to destroy it, so even if people don't share the exact same hatred, or want the same outcome, he'll still use that.

So, then... how is oppression happening with the blade corp? Or is it just a more general in that the technology can be used for evil purposes and should therefore be better controlled?

It's general. Most people don't see oppressiveness in it, but Talon's past is stained with a failure of the Blade Corp. And that's why he created the Coordinators.

Alright. That should be enough general information to get me started. Much obliged, sir.

Just thought I'd drop in and try to clarify all of this a bit more.
The Coordinators don't necessarily think that society is being "oppressed" or anything. In fact, they almost would be more likely to think that people are being given too much freedom because of the fact that almost anyone can get a Holo-Comp.
And since Holo-Comps can be used to commit crimes and even kill people when programmers sync with them, Talon and the others want to uproot the Blade Corp. and basically reform society back to what it used to be, before such powerful technology was mass-produced.
And to answer some of your questions in your original post, they do have a headquarters, they communicate regularly through Holo-comps and meetings at their base. And yes, they are planning to perform more radical actions to make their cause and wishes public to society after they solidify a large enough group of members and plant them in key areas of society. For example, Talon is trying to become a sort of "school idol", and other members attempt to get jobs in the government, schools, police and other important places.
And yes, there are still a lot of details being worked out, seeing as this site in general is still very young. But hopefully that clears some stuff up for you and anyone else reading this.

I love how well thought out this is. Seriously, the storyline is set up so that it can grow which is excellent and neccessary to be vague but the way that it is set up so that human emotions and developed pasts are so central to your characters actions is so interesting.
